Large in-8, 230 x 150, 1875. Half-sheepskin, decorated ribbed spine, covers decorated with a border. Gilt top edge. Period binding. The first work is a review by author of the illustrated editions, with date, illustrator and number of engravings. The second work bound in the suite is a work of the same nature but specifically relating to the books sold during the Drouot sale from 3 to 14/02/1879, with the auction prices noted. Very good interior, clean and intact. Rubbed fields and corners. Clean and intact covers. Spine lightly rubbed with slight scuffs on the head and foot. Very firm.
